Lucy Vann investigates, records and reinterprets overlooked behaviours and occurrences in the everyday through moving image, photography, writing, sound, objects and performance. Mundane surroundings provide a source of material and setting for production. Works balance between a state of tedium and interest, and attempt to reveal something beyond the immediate surface of daily life.
